We are currently looking for a Spanish Customer Service Assistant to join the team of a leading multinational company in Portugal in the industrial sector.

Your mission:
This is an opportunity to integrate the team responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient order processing accurate administration and high-quality communication, where the main goal is the customer satisfaction. In this position, youll be responsible for:

- Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests;
- Develop long-term relationships with customers;
- Support administrative tasks related to customs, logistics and customer data;
- Manage the customer doubts in cooperation with internal and external departments;
- Ensuring the invoicing process, as well as claims management and key indicators analysis;
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned area.

What you need to embark on this mission:
- Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish (mandatory);
- Experience in customer service or commercial administrative role;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Proficiency in SAP is a big plus;
- Fast adaptability and excellent communication skills;
- Dynamism, proactivity, good energy and team spirit;
- Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills.
